2024 Property Taxes are now Available Online
2024 property accounts with Alvarado ISD have been updated with the tax rate approved in the November 5th election and are available online to view or pay with statements to follow. If an account was paid prior to the 2024 tax rate update, a refund will be processed and sent for the difference.
The Texas Property Tax Code requires a person purchasing property at a tax foreclosure sale to present to the officer who conducts the sale a written statement from the County Tax Assessor-Collector that the purchaser does not owe any delinquent taxes in the county.

Please print the form and complete all blanks. The form must be notarized before it is sent to our office. The Texas Property Tax Code has established a $10 service fee for the preparation and issuance of this statement. Make sure to enclose/present the $10 payment (cash or certified funds only, no personal or business checks). Please present the form at least 5 business days prior to the sale.
